Juni 2024, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Sumatera Barat Province will be 4.04 percent

Abstract

In Juni 2024, Sumatera Barat Province's Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation will be 4.04 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Pasaman Barat Regency at 5.71 percent.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the expenditure group index, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 9.08 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.56 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 1.06 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 0.46 percent; health group at 1.16 percent; transportation group at 1.92 percent; the information, communication and financial services group at -0.09 percent, the recreation, sports and culture group at 1.77 percent; education group by 1.83 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 1.74 percent; and the personal care and other services group at 5.27 percent.

On a month to month (m-to-m) basis, Sumatera Barat Province in Juni 2024 experienced inflation of 0.14 percent. Until Juni 2024, year to date (y-to-d) inflation in Sumatera Barat Province was 1.85 percent.

April 2024, Sumatera Barat Province Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation will be 3.81 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Pasaman Barat Regency at 5.52 percent.

March 2024, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in West Sumatra Province will be 3.93 percent. The highest inflation occurred in West Pasaman Regency at 5.90 percent.

January 2025 year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Sumatera Barat Province was 1.24 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Pasaman Barat Regency at 2.38 percent.

December 2024 year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Sumatera Barat Province was 0.89 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Bukittinggi City at 1.68 percent.
